Datasheets for the verification of the continous braking effect.

Please select from the list, which you had downloaded for your vehicle type, the engine which is installed in the vehicle. You will find the engine designation on the engine's factory plate. If you cannot find a particular engine in the tables of continuous brake effect, please contact us using the page   Contact form.
Remember to quote the vehicle identification number (chassis number, VIN) without fail.

Note:

According to the table in Chapter 9.2. of ADR2009, item 9.2.3.1. Continuous brake system applies to all vehicles registered for operation on the roads (except EXII) for the first time after 30th June 1993
(for motor vehicles with a maximum total mass of more than 16 tonnes or motor vehicles which are allowed to pull trailers with a maximum total mass of more than 10 tonnes). From 01st January 2010 onwards all vehicles must comply with this directive.
